All players must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia. Age and identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one diva55 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated funds and bonuses.
All promotions carry clearly stated wagering requirements, minimum deposits, and validity windows. We do not bury conditions in fine print.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets with no hidden conversion fees.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a contact mobile number.
Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, a second Account (whether under the same or a different identity) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify support immediately to resolve the situation without penalty.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. diva55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify diva55 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point the Company deems necessary to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. Required documents typically include:
Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real-Money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.
diva55 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable bank fees. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in Account suspension.
diva55 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transfer fees outside our control; players should verify with their bank or e-wallet provider before transacting.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real-time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes for standard bank transfers. If a deposit has not been credited within this timeframe, contact customer support with your bank reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made following KYC verification and management approval.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallet withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on Indonesian banking business days are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB or on public holidays are processed the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) operate 24/7 with typical processing times of 2–10 minutes.
Withdrawals will be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account has an active wagering requirement on Bonus Funds; (c) suspicious activity has been flagged by the fraud monitoring system; or (d) the requested withdrawal amount exceeds available Real-Money balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by diva55 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The following game contribution rates apply toward wagering requirements:
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings at the Company's discretion.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days after activation. Expired Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically without further notice.
diva55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to systematically satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), collusion, or multiple accounts sharing the same promotion. The Company's determination of bonus abuse is final.
The welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an Account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new Account.
All games on the diva55 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel and are accurate as tested over statistically significant sample sizes.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state prior to the error. Wagers placed during a confirmed malfunction are void and stakes are returned. diva55 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
Bets on live sporting events are accepted subject to our pre-match and in-play trading rules. diva55 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where clearly incorrect odds were displayed due to human or technical error.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets containing a void selection will have the voided selection removed and the parlay adjusted to the remaining selections. Parlays with fewer than the minimum number of selections after voiding will be settled as single or reduced-leg bets at the applicable odds.

The diva55 brand name, logo, and domain are protected marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, diva55 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
diva55's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
diva55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. diva55 does not sell personal data to third parties.
Player financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
diva55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to players via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates to referenced regulatory frameworks) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which diva55 is incorporated. The Company holds international gaming licenses as required by its operational jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and diva55, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes are resolved within five (5) business days at this stage.
Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body designated by diva55. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending arbitration.
These Terms do not exclude or limit any non-waivable rights that you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
